Architectural and structural drawings are prepared in-house and filed with the relevant authority — DHA, KDA, SBCA or Cantonment.
Costing & contract
A itemised bill of quantities and payment schedule is agreed in writing before mobilisation, with no hidden variations.
Construction & site supervision
A dedicated site engineer oversees daily progress, with weekly reports and photos shared with the client throughout.
Finishing & handover
A joint snag inspection is carried out before handover, along with completion certificates and as-built drawings.
